🚀 A journey to build an interface design for e-commerce mobile app
Hello! I am Winda Widyastuti. This is my result of my case study for making a design an e-commerce app named “Blumart”. Before that, here is the design process I used.
⚠️ Please take note that this project is only for my learning purposes. Thank you!

The reach of e-commerce is getting wider, people prefer to shop online because it is more efficient. People share product recommendations they buy to provide detailed reviews through social media. These habits eventually shape people's behavior when buying products through e-commerce.
Based on the results of a questionnaire filled out by 17 participants, 88.2% agreed if they were interested in buying a product based on the recommendations they saw on social media. Obviously, providing recommendations and product reviews have a strong influence on people to make a decision to buy a product.
Using what I learned from my research, I created a user persona that accurately represented who I am designing for. This persona helped guide my decisions along the design process to make sure the solution I am designing is centered on our user. Let’s meet my friend, you can name her Karina.

Bio Karina is a finance staff in a private company. Karina loves café hopping and trying viral recipes. She is friendly, knows how to dress, and enjoys helping others. Karina's favorite quote is, “In order to love yourself, you cannot hate the experiences that shape you.”
Goal Karina was invited to her friend’s event, she wants to buy a new outfit as a self-reward after busy weeks, and she also wants to help her other friend to find the right outfit.
Frustrations The last time she bought it online the results were disappointing because the content in the review section didn't match their product while she does not have time to scroll her phone or go out to buy a new outfit to store.

Karina’s Problem Statement
Karina needs a new outfit for coming to her friend’s event as a self-reward after her busy weeks, but the last time she bought it online the results were disappointing because the content in the review section didn’t match their product. While she does not have time to scroll her phone or go out to buy a new outfit at the store.
